2nd Weekend at Goose Pasture

Putting up the tents is always a challenge.

Sure is fun when we get it done and can just sit around the fire.

Normally things are not as good the second time as they were the first time but this trip was the exception to the rule. Last weekend's camping trip was fun, this one was even better. Friday night's ride was a blast, although some people paid dearly the next morning. Sat was a good day, we did alittle fishing, evidently Debra and I have forgotten how to actually get them in the boat. Sat night was fun, lots of good hot wings and taters. At least I think they were good, we will have to check with Ben since he is the one that ate them all. BTW, Glenn, I did not burn your hand, that was Ruby.

Goose Pasture Annual Trip 2008

Officer, we did not drive it up on the hill, it was out of gas and we drug it up here to refuel, honest!

Monday thru Thursday I work hard, I run the rat race and earn my place in society as a tax-paying citizen. There are rules to be obeyed, timeclocks to be punched and bills to pay. But watch out! Thursday at 4:00pm I morph into a beer drinking, airboat riding, cuss like a sailor fool and for the next 72 hours you better either watch out or join in!!!!! I have the best set of friends you could ever wish for. I know they will read this and I promise I am not just kissin' ass, you guys ROCK. I am gonna call them out like I was winning a Grammy or something, but here it goes......................Ruby, the momma I never had, if she doesn't cuss me at least once a week my feelings are hurt, but I can call her for anything and she is THERE! Debra(AKA. the organizer) she is the really pretty, popular girl that was sweet enough to pull me into the inner circle and she is a compulsive packer, if you need anything she has it. Tammy, she is my buddy, I love her! (IKAGAILI)hint, it's a song by Katy Perry. Kim, she is the provider and the glue. She holds us all together. Honestly, she is the most loyal and honest person I have ever met. I have never heard her say anything nasty about anyone and I don't believe you could make her mad. April and Glenn just bought an airboat and I am ecstatic about it because they are funny, easy to be around and they have two adorable girls for Sarah to play with, WELCOME. It is the best circle of friends I have ever had.

Well enough of that, I don't want to appear soft or anything, I really just want to post pics of the great times that we have.
